Round 1: Beach Wear Round. The men will wear beach shorts (or board shorts } with bare feet. 

What the Judges are looking for:

Body: Physique should present a fit body with clean lines and a nice abdominal section.
Appearance: Does he have sex appeal?
Stature:Ability to move, turn and stand with confidence and purpose like a Fitness Model.
Symmetry: Overall shape and line with no part of the physique over developed to the rest.
Structural Flaws: Skeletal assessment.

Stage Presence and Personality
Competitors will be asked to walk on stage individually in beach boardshorts (shorts must be just above the knee in length and below the belly button, no spandex and no logos are permitted on the beach boardshorts but a manufacturers logo such as Body Glove symbol or Quicksilver are acceptable.) 
No shirts and no shoes or sandals will be allowed to be worn onstage. 
Judges are looking for the contestant with the best stage presence and poise who can successfully convey his personality to the audience.

Contestants are introduced individually and they will each walk to Centre Rear Stage, walk to front Centre Stage, walk to Stage Left, Turn and walk to stage right and form a line at the side of the stage.

This is a Model Class not a Bodybuilding Class. Bodybuilding poses and flexing should be avoided. 
Once all contestants have performed their stage walk they will be directed by the Head Judge to form a line across the front of the stage. The Head Judge will then direct them to perform quarter turns.

The Judges will be looking for: Overall grooming, personality,self assurance,sex appeal, composure and carriage along with 
symmetry, shape and some muscle definition.

Round 2:Fitness Workout Wear Round

Men: Wear Shorts and Running or Gym Shoes.
Each contestant will be introduced individually and repeat the stage walk procedure as performed in Round 1.
Again the contestants are required to form a line across the stage and are directed through a series of quarter turns.

In all rounds, competitors should remain in an erect but relaxed posture. 

Do not flex or try to emphasize muscle size - this is not a Bodybuilding competition.

What the Judges are looking for:
Body: Physique should display a fit body with a nice abdominal section.

Appearance: Does he look like a Fitness Model - Project a nice healthy appearance?
Physical Appearance,: Is his physique appealing?
Poise: Does he walk and hold his stage presence with confidence?
Charisma: General Impression.
